An ATX power supply will not work with the AT board,And the ATX power supply will work with the micro ATX board and the micro board should fit in the ATX case no problem

No wait. A ATX PSU will work with a AT mobo
An adapter for just the need.
And a ATX case can be modified.

sorry man. thats to convert the 20pin ATX PSU to the New ATX2.01 that has 24 pins. the AT motherboards have 12 pin connectors.
