Question about the AMD FX series

I'm currently building my first system from the ground up.
I'm looking at purchasing the AMD FX8350 but my question is do all the chips in this series have to be water-cooled?

I'd reconsider the purchase unless you're getting it cheap. They don't have to be water cooled, but I'd suggest an AIO anyways just to keep it cool.

Why reconsider? What would you recommend?
