That heat sink is the only reason I m @ 3.20ghz with this X2.

Latest 2.83 under load 53-59c.

Is that ok?

yeah its pretty good... you can still go a bit further with that... you can even go up to about 70°C i find, because you'll almost never run the CPU at full load outside of a stress test... ideally, you shouldn't run it above 65° for extended periods

2.83 seem fine for now
but on this board it drops
the mem from 800 to 757.

Why is it doing this?
