q6600 b3 oc Help

Ya i got a b3 and was think to overclock it. its a b3 and im runnin it on air tuniq tower 120 w/ AS5. what do you guys think i could get to and stay under 55C? Im not trying to get anything insane just 3.0 possible?

60C is about the limit for the quads, and I have seen people reccomend even higher tempatures such as 70C.. I think the newer GO Steppings can goto about 70C and the older revisions 60C. Something like that.
