PWMIC temp

I have been ocing my opteron 165 and I have it at 2000mhz...i was running prime 95 on both cores for about 15 minutes when smartguardian reported my PWMIC temp at 50 degrees celcius(in scary red digits). I cancelled the test and I havent had a chance to mess with it since yesterday.

The cpu (although probably reporting the wrong temp) was at about 35 degrees. I have the RAM on a 5/6 multiplier.

Is this temp a problem??

I would be fine running it at 60C and it can handle upwards of 70C although I wouldn't recommend letting it get that hot though...the best remedy IMO is to get a fan blowing over the mosfets as the microsinks aren't good enough on them
