Default PWM Cooling

Is there any recommended cooling out there for a PWM on a DFI Lanparty UT nf4 sli-dr?
or do they need to be a custom mod...

idle - 37C
load (prime95/orthos) - 67C and climbing
temps from Smart Guardian

wondering if it's causing Core0 to fail in both prime and orthos
Core0 fails and PWM drops down to 50C

PWM IC is a small rectangular chip beside the cpu and ram... it plays a big role in setting the CPU core voltage i guess....

Pulse Width Modulation Intergrated Circut
PWM IC

Core0 is crashing on prime95/orthos tests and i think it's cause it's losing it's voltage due to very high temps on the PWM IC

dunno if they use digital, but i remember readin' 3-phase.

i took a fan from a 1.3ghz duron and shimmied it between my hd and processor and it dropped it down to 47C under prime95 load (20C diff!!!!)....but core0 still failed
guess 2.7 is to much for it :S

well the 3 phase could most likely have something to do w/ the instability

ah well.
i'll just leave it at 2.65ghz
plays crysis, cod4, trackmania, gh3 and no problem with cpu test on 3dmark06
so imo it's stable for what i want to do

thanks for the info
