Question processor fan direction?

I was just wondering if the processor fan should be pushing air onto the heatsink or pulling air away from it. Not that there seems to be any problem, but I just realized that I didn't know.

Some do work better with the fan sucking, but 99.9% of heatsinks are most efficient with the fan blowing onto the heatsink.
