Default Processor benchmark programs

What are some good benchmark prgorams? I want to see how fast my processor is in OC and I've d/led some programs but they are all like greek to me. I see all these charts and numbers but I don't know what they mean. Is there one that just indicates MHZ? I have an Athlon 3200+ xp at 2.2 Ghz

my personal favourite is superpi. just use the 32M calculation and record the time taken. compare it to others or to a time at a higher/lower clock speed

You could look at the CPU score of 3dmark06 but thats not very good. Superpi like what nitestick said is great, and you could also use aquamark to test both your Gfx card and CPU.
