it kept it goin for about 20 more seconds but eventually froze... also that time i had all voltages set to default and only oced my cpu to 2.4 ghz. everything runs stable except my vid card...i bet its only like a half a volt thats not getting to my vid card, so ill probably have to buy a new psu just for that little extra bit of power

YES! i fixed it...i found out that my ram is just value ram with heat spreaders on them. i had to put a divider on the ram so it would even the default 200 mhz. now i have my 3700 oced to 2.6...gonna fool around with it later. anyways, thanks for trying u guys.

with a new build i allways run memtest / prime 95 for at least 12 hours straight .Memtest may have found that problem early on .
After you do your OC run those tests to make sure the system is stable .
