Default Problem with shutdown

I've just build a PC and now when I press the shutdown button the system always reboot. First I thought it was because of a system failure that automatically reboots when failure occurs during shutdown, but I deselected that and it still keeps doing it.

Does somebody knows how to solve this?

What they said. Some mobo's require a magnifying glass to set-up correctly.
