problem with overclocking

hey guys i got my new kingston HyperX 4G kit KHX6400D2K2/4G but the problem is that it doesn't overclock well and when i tried overclocking the fsb to 400 and cpu voltage to 1.375 and ddr2 voltage to 2.2v it hangs after a good 30 min into gaming and sometimes less. I haven't overclocked my graphics card so either the ram isn't get enough voltage or i have to manually set the timings for it which i don't know how to (well i know to hit ctrl+f1 but don't know how to set them properly).

what ratio are you running? It would be nice to see cpuz screenshots

1 to 1 but yeah i even had problem overclocking to 350mhz fsb which is even lower than the stock frequency and also its not overclocked atm and i just underclocked my ram to 533mhz which would be 1 to 1 because my fsb is at 266mhz *7 = 1866mhz
