i have one SATA dvd rom and then i have a normal IDE dvd burner and i cant get my dvd burner to operate is that bc they r 2 different types of hook up or does that not matter bc my burner lights up it just isnt recognized by windows or anythingand it didnt come with and software or anything bc it was a OEM product
