Default problem with monitoring program sensorview pro ,speed fan , everest

On sensorview pro i notic my cpu temp change real fast and random like it not accurate it be at 40 than go 27 than 3 and keep going why is it doing doing this but my sys temp is steady.

here is what my sensorview pro screen show.



and also notic in setting and when go cpu i can pick reading from 3 sensor







Ok on speedfan it have two temp 1 why dont sensorview dont or everest and also temp 1,2 ,3 which one is cpu ,sys or aux reading. here is what speedfan read

And on everest it do the same thing sensorview pro cpu temp move around .

Looks more like your sensor is whacked than the programs not functioning correctly.

Possibly a BIOS update, but if it is a hardware issue it wouldn't help.

Go into your BIOS and check the temps.

ok i went into PC HEALTH STATUS and this is what it show

shutdown temp 85c /176f
cpu vcore 153
+3.3v 3.20 v
+5.0 5.10
DRM Voltage 2.59v
voltage battery 3.21v
Current Cpu Temp 70 c
current Cpu Fan speed 2636
current system fan speed 0 rpm

when i was in setup all i see was bios upgrade yes or no so should i have update or upgrade it .
