Hehe, I'll have it before the summer is out. The next set of upgrades ((if the price doesn't change)) will cost 745 dollars

Where can I obtain/download OpenGL?

OpenGL isn't something that can be downloaded. Its a video mode basically, like Direct3D. Either your video drivers and card supports it or not. Download the lastest drivers if you dont have them already. If you already have them, you need a new card.
