Default Prime95 Question

Can I run Prime95 while I'm doing other basic things (web browsing, listening to music, watching tv, etc?) I know you're suppose to run Prime95 for a long time, but I would like to be able to use my PC while the program is running without messing anything up. I don't know much about overclocking but I've only upped the FSB to 1333mhz, and I want to make sure it's stable before I proceed. Thanks in advance.

You could probably do what Glazer mentioned, but I just let it run overnight while I sleep.
