Default power supply

any input on the quality of enermax psu? i need a new one a enermax was mentioned. i never heard of it. how does it stack up against thermaltake, antec, and fortron. i don't need the best just something that will do the job. i need at least 350w

also isaw an antec 450w sL450atx. whats with the sl and does it make any difference?
