See last night I looked around at some stuff, but I can't figure out wich timeings to change. I know about the latency (2.5) and the command rate (2t)

So if I were to change my timings to 3-4-4-12 the 3 would be the latency, right? but the other three numbesrs I can't figure out.

you should be changing cas latency, ras to cas delay, ras precharge, and cycle time (cycle time being the highest clock)

and that is in order there

I don't know what it is, but when I try to change my timings it wont boot into windows. I have put the voltage at 2.8v, I am going from a 1t cr, and a 2.5cas latency to a 3.0. the cycle time from 11 to 12. Leaving the others alone, that was what I was suggested to try.

If your running them at 250 MHz then your timings are way too tight.


Try 3-4-4-8 if you want to do DDR500
