Default is it possible to overclock my PC ?

hello guys, i am a NOOB , and i really need some help here.

i just bought a PC intel Celeron D 2.66MHz 533. I go to Bios to try to overclock my CPU and memory but i cant find anything about FSB, voltage, memory timings...... i dont think my mobo supports overclocking
here is the mobo and bios specs
Micro-Star MS-6577 ver 4.1 (compaq mobo)
chipset intel i845G Rev B1
Bios
phoenix technologies
Version 3.10

Companies don't allow you to OC on their motherboards.

major companies are proprietary so they wont let you do anything without their help. If you buy a new mobo i think the mobo will let you overclock

yes just buy a different mobo that has OC features and you will be fine.
