Why can't he just get a GeForce 6600 GT on AGP 8x? I saw one, XFX 6600 GT on AGP 8x on Newegg.com, it is a great card. It is a performance card, what is wrong with it.

man people. Not everyone can get the 6800GT. I myself plan on getting a 6600GT as soon as I can afford one unless I find more information on this 6800GT Lite and softmodding.... but still graphics aren't THAT important to everyone. Besides that, that card still will kick ass.. Haven't we already discussed the fact that not everyone can have top of the line?

EDIT: Also....the eVGA 6800GT I'm lookin at has 350/1000 speed...so how is this lite version 'dumbed down' at 400 core? Unless it's mainly focusing towards the memory being at 900 instead of 1000... also I can't seem to find it on newegg anyone got a link to it?
