Please Help!!!

Hey guys I have a question. one of my buddies friend wanted there HP 6540c rebuilt if you donÂ’t know its an older machine (to give you an idea 466MHz) and I reformatted the hard drive and cleaned out the inside (the dirtiest I have seen ever) and I put everything back together and now there is no display! no bios or nothing you can hear it going through the motions but no display please help!!!

It is probably a problem a video card problem. But try resetting the bios, it worked for me, over overclocked and this does not belong in this section.
