Default Please critique my build sheet before I buy!

I have had some help putting this list together and want input before I buy! I am builing a machine that I can use for evrything, but most importantly video editing. I am going to take the ATI video card out of my current machine and keep the keyboard, mouse, monitor, and speakers. I've also got a USB 2.0 card and a fire wire card I am going to take out.

In an attempt to keep my initail build cost down I am only buying 1 GIG of RAM for now and will add more later down the road.

Here is my build sheet, please give me some feedback/input. Thanks!

Well, it was going to be $425 but when I went to order it I learned they didn't have it in stock. I ended up finding 300 GB Seagates (ATA 100's) on sale for $179 so I bought two !!
