physical memory usage

my mobo probe program says im using 25% of my physical memory usage with the 30 odd proccesses its running. so is there any easy way of freeing up the ram for gaming.or is even an issue.im running 1.25 gigs right now

You have plenty of free ram dont worry.

check wich processes are eating ur ram and if u don't need them use microsoft antispyware to disable their auto start

your using about 300 megs at start up just turn off some things by using msconfig
just type "msconfig" in the run command and go to the start up tab.
but u have alot of ram to spare anyways.
