Default Pentium 4 Temps?

I overclocked my tech-teacher's system from 1.6GHZ to 1.92GHZ the multiplier is locked to x16, 100FSB to 120FSB, 1.750v to 1.775v

my teacher was concerned about his temps its running now 55*c on idle is that ok for a Pentium (4 or D not sure)?

That's too warm, to be idle.

And its a pentium 4 not a pentium d. The lowest clock speeds that pentium d's come at are 2.66, unless the pentium d is underclocked. But then again the pentium d multipliers are not 16x, so yeah its a p4.
