Default peltier cooling

im lookin at this kinda of cooling. (ive uve seen my other topics ul see i dunno what to upgrade next lol) if i get a watercooling system will this kind of cooling together give a low cpu temp? has any1 got it runnin? thanks

peltier cooling uses a lot of power, ive heard of peltiers using a whole power plug for its self. Also you need a reliable HSF coz if it fails it can do more damage than good
