PCI Slot Case Cooler

i am ready to purchase the Arctic Cooler Freezer 7 Pro for my CPU, and a fan to blow air right into my video card and take out my pci slot covers but....................

I found this device that would be very useful as i would not have to but a extra fan to blow on my Video Card.

I had a pci slot extractor fan in my case for about a week until i realised it was doing absolutly nothing in the way of bringing temps down, all it was doing is creating unwanted noise so i took it back out, that was before i got my antec 900 with 5 case fans in

I bought one about three weeks ago, and took it out soon after. It honestly did not lower the temp of my card at all, and the cooler wasn't too close or too far away from my case. It was added noise I didn't want. And since the fan doesn't actually fit into a pci slot, it isn't locked down, and would vibrate against my case, making this god-awful sound.

These coolers sound like a good idea but are just a waste of money.
