Default PCI Exhaust Fan

So...I want to get a VF900-cu for my 7900GT ......and I also want a place to vent the hot GPU exhaust air...so I want a PCI Exhaust fan.

Now...can anyone recommend a VERY QUIET one?

Every one I've seen is noisy and inefficient. So that's probably a no go... Maybe dremel out a fan hole, and make an air duct?

My thoughts as well.

At one point, prior to the P180 (has a VGA airbox), I removed some of the slot covers on the rear and zip-tied a 80mm fan for exhaust, I used an extra Zalman speed controller to keep the noise down when I wasn't using headphones.

i zip tied a 80 mm fan to the rear of my case. i had empty pci slots in the back of my case so the fan fit pretty good.
