PCI Cooling Fans

I have a Dell 8400 that has some video card, memory, and HDD upgrades making for a pretty hot case. My Video card temps are around 52-56 idle, and 75-84 at peak usage. I think this is the reason that at random times playing BF2, usually after a decent amount of time, the game will just quit to windows randomly.....I have a good enough PSU (Antec 500W), so i know the power is enough so I was thinking about getting a PCI slot fan and was wondering if you guys would recommend a specific one. I was looking at some on Tiger Direct and looks to be that most reduce temps around 5-7 degrees C for the most part. Does anyone have one and could collaberate this? Thanks!
