Default PC Slowing Down

Hi ive had my computer for 9 months, and the machine seems to get more slower after an hour or so, ive called the help team, they told me to look on the system processes.

These are what ive found.

Get a spyware/adware remover.

I use Adaware personal edition, and Spysweeper.

Google a program called hijackthis. Install it and do a scan. then post it to the virus/spyware section in TF, but do not try to clean up the scan yourself. Let the experts help you the first time. You can post your log here:

Then download and install the following: Ad-aware, spybot search and dertroy and spywareblaster. The first 2 will get rid of stuff the second one keeps it from coming back. Then after all that do a virus update and complete system scan/clean. Wait for your log to be checked over and given your reply on what to do from there.
