Nevermind. I found a guide on how to apply this stuff. It said to apply it in a straight line a few mm from the top of core cover to a few mm from the bottom......
Guys... I am sitting here in disbelief. CPU Temp was 52°C and it has dropped to 47.5°C all while sitting idle. I have never seen such low CPU temps..

I'm about to run this baby at full load. I'll report back with the results.
Edit: Runs good. 73°C at full load (both cores).
