Pc for My Aunt and Uncle

I was shooting for $300 to $350. Thay aren't gamers or anythiglike that and are basically going to use the PC for email and maybe a few kids software things... Stupid stuff that I don't want to touch, but I'll build the PC.
What components should I go with?

Just look in the paper and see if there is any p-3's for sale,It will save money since they don't need anything big.
