I am currently running a Pentium 4 1.8 Ghz chip (400 BUS). When I enter the BIOS, The CPU Frequency is set at 100 Mhz, and the DRAM frequency is also set at 100 Mhz.
Setting the CPU Frequency to 133 Mhz sets my chip to 2.4 Mhz.
I am using DDR Ram (512 Mb @ 266 Mhz), so I heared the DRAM should be set to 133 Mhz.
CAN SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME OUT! Any responce would be so helpful. Thx in advance.
P.S.: I never applied thermal greese of cooling gel to the processor before puting on the heatskink/fan. Is this ok?
