Overclocking question

I'm currently overclocking a 2.5 ghz Northwood p4 and I've pushed it to 2.8 without any real temperature change.

My question is how much can you overclock this kind of cpu.

In the motherboard foxconn manual I have it says the max clock speed it can support is 2.8 ghz. I can't push it higher then can I?

Probably can depending on cooling.

I wouldnt cause now you are risking the motherboard as well.

yea i wouldnt push it any further either. must be an old board and usualy they dont messure it by that they usualy go by the fsb at least mine does
