overclocking question

I just recently ocd this system from 1.53GHZ to 1.7GHZ, the temp doesnt go much higher than it did before the oc but I am experiencing lockups and crashes etc. Temp before oc 51c temp after 54C Any idea whats going on here?

Download Everest, Orthos, and RightMark CPU Clock Utility. Overclocking isn't as easy as it may look. If you're experiencing crashes then it's unstable. Download Orthos and run the Blend - stress CPU and RAM test. If it doesn't pass then your CPU is unstable.
