Overclocking PSU's

Which ones are good? I'm looking at the OCZ Modstream and am wondering if its a good PSU to use for a an OC system. I understand the importance of stable power but I have no idea which one to get.


ANyone got any suggestoins? I'm looking for a sub-$100 price tag.
