Default Overclocking with this PSU?

I just got a new Thermaltake Tsunami dream and it came with a 400w Thermaltake powersupply. Do you think I could overclock a 3200 venice with this?

Thermaltake XP480 PSU

It depends on other devices in use. A powerful graphics card sucks up most of the power.

Write your specs.

I never trusted TT, if you want to know how the AMPs and Voltages are doing you can use a DMM to find out.

But I wouldn't use a TT power supply. Ever..

Yea I have a thermaltake tr2 430W. I hate it. I'm waiting for it to blow out on me or until i have enough money to get a nice new power supply.
