Overclocking processor

Hey...

I had some advice to run the RAM at a lower rate (166Mhz) and to up the voltage by the lowest bit when ocing 11 mhz (my pc crashed wen it goes 11 or over)

It says the "CPU Vcore voltage" is 1.4000 volts normally...Does that mean that i should raise it to like 1.425V? Cause on my BIOS, it just says "CPU Voltage (then the option is normal"...So if normal is 1.4, then i hav to raise to 1.425 yeah?

Please just ansa, i need to no, so i can OC.

well i kno a tool where u can speed up the fans inside your pc but dont kno how to overclock a processor n tht lol
