Overclocking The Pentium D

Ok last night i decided to overclock my pentium d 935 firstly i entered the bios and set the ram to 533mhz to give me some overclocking room then i changed the fsb to 203 everythink booted up ok i kept adjusting in 3mhz when i got to fsb 225 = 3.6ghz (stock 3.2ghz) i got blue screen of death so then i changed it to back down to fsb 216 everythink seems stable So i need to ad a little more juice meaning Vcore voltage to allow me to overclock some more but when i select the 1.3vcore the only option it give me is ignore ?
