Default overclocking P D 805

Hey I need help. Everyone says they have overclocked this pentium D 805 to 3.8ghz and more. They say to go into the bios and change the fsb from 533 to 800 but nowhere in my bios does it say anything about FSB. I have a ASrock 775xfire-esata2+ mobo and the pentium d 805 which is dual core 2.66 ghz. I have overclocked it by adjusting the frequency manually and it will only go up to 3.0 ghz which is 150mhz but it kept restarting after about 5 minutes. so right now I have it at 2.96 at 148mhz. I have a Arctic Cooling pro 7 fan and heatsink on the cpu which should keep it nice and cool and I also have 2 120mm fans each moving over 90cfm and 2 small case fans. My memory is DDR2 533(pc4300) PQI and I have 2 512mb sticks in dual channel. Can someone please help I have looked all over and cant find anything useful for my bios which is AMI by the way. Also, Is there some type of program to overclock with instead of going into bios? thanks, Adam

Read this http://www.tomshardware.com/1997/01/...locking_guide/

There are also some stickies at the top of the overclocking section that you should read.
