Default Overclocking/Monitoring Programs and such

Hey all I was looking around on these forums and I know that I've seen links to programs buried in threads here and there I just wanted to make one to compile a lot of the useful ones.

If you have any to add to the list post them and I will edit them in

add OCCT as a stress tester.
ATITool is a good GFX OC program as well

pretty solid list!

I'll sticky this.. if more people say its worth it.. however most noobs never really look at them.. but I might..

We should also add links that are useful like Basic Guides and our Overclocking Records List

Stuff I think we could add:

Speed Throttling of CPU's
CPU Speed Changing? Speedstep and Cool and Quiet Technology Explained

Could also add Orthos to the list of CPU stressers.

Also EVGA Precision tool for GPU OC'ing.
