Overclocking i5 3570k

How hot does the i5-3570k when you overclock it on the stock cpu fan and is it loud? Would it be worth it to just buy liquid/water cooler for ocing the i5 3570k or can I live without it?

I wouldn't overclock beyond turbo clocks on a stock cooler. When they ramp up they are noisy and don't cool very well to begin with.

Whats a quiet heatsink thats easy to install, And I dont have to take everything out like the hyper 212+

If you don't have an exposed back plate you will need to take the motherboard out for any heatsink install.
