Default overclocking homebulit pc

Rosewill case
Windows Xp SP2
AMD Anthlon 64 +3400
ECS K8M800-M2 (V3.0) MOTHERBOARD
1Gb Kingston mem
80GB HD Master
500GB HD Slave
LITE-ON CD/DVDRW


looking to overclocking this pc can some help

um you double posted, ok start by going into the BIOS and increase the FSB from increments from 5-10, then save it and stress test it
