Default overclocking help

I want to overclock my comp a little. I don't want to peak it out. But I want to get a bit more speed out of it.
this is what I have:
Intel Pentium 4 3.00GHZ
internal data cache-8kB
L2 on-board cache-512kB

Main board:
Intel corporation D865PERL
front side bus speed - 4x 200MHz (800MGz)
max FSB speed - same as above
max bus bandwidth - 6.25GB/s

2 gigs total
speed - PC3200U DDR-200

video card:
Radeon 9800 pro (256, AGP 3.00, PS 2.0)

not sure where to start, any suggestions?
