Overclocking E6600 C2D

I have the Asus P5B Deluxe mobo, E6600 C2d and OSZ2P8002GK memory. The memory latency is 4-5-4-15 @2.1V. I have the ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler and right now my temps are below 40C.

I was wondering if anyone who has similar setup has tried to overclock and can suggest me what do I need to change.
