Talking overclocking dell p3 laptop

i have an old p3 laptop and want to overclock it but dont know the steps to take please help me

i know im a noob at this but i have been looking threw your forums and havent seen anyone with a overclocked p3

and is it the same way overclock a daulcore?

Simple answer: you can't, it's a dell.

you can't overclock Dells, or laptops that are that ancient without Software Overclocking (like Clockgen, but its not recommended)

My friend did it quite a while ago; here's his post:

Yea, but the fact that it IS Dell ruins all chances of overclocking.

I know that, I'm just saying that he said he searched and said he couldn't find anybody w/ an OC'd P3, then I remembered my friend posting on here about him OC'ing his P3.

Dell BIOS are locked. therefore you can't OC with them
