Overclocking Crucial Ballistix.. How ? (Total noob needs help)

Alright, I've searched and looked and read but I'm still not sure how to get this started, or what to do exactly.

I've learned a good deal about computers, but I'm going to need a simple and complete walk through for this, because I don't even know where to start.

I'm at 376.8MHz 5-5-5-18, so now what ? (lol) And if it becomes unstable somehow and the PC wont start back up (Happened to my brother with his OCZ) then what can I do? My brother put in his old ram, and set the timings back to normal and put in his new ram to get it working.

Im not too hot on AMD overclocking but i know that with Ballistix you can probabaly get those timings down to about 4-4-4-8 at that frequency. PM Nagasama hes an AMD overclocking guru.
