Default Overclocking Celeron 1.7GHz

Ok I have an Intel Celeron 1.7GHz in my computer, I don't want to ruin my CPU when doing it so I came here for advice.

Here are my Specs

Intel Celeron M 1.7GHZ
Newegg.com - Rosewill RCX-Z200 92mm Ball CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks (heatsink)
Newegg.com - RAIDMAX Scorpio ATX-868WSP Silver 0.8mm SECC ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 420watts PS2 ATX12V Power Supply - Computer Cases (case) with all fans in place
motherboard: ASUS P4P800-E
500 Watt PSU

All help is appreciated.
Core i5 2500K - Asus P67 EVO - Gigabyte GTX 970 - 16GB DDR3 1600MHz - 250GB Samsung 840 EVO - Windows 8.1 Pro x64
Mid 2014 Retina MacBook Pro 13.3" - 2.6GHz core i5 - 16GB DDR3 1600MHz - 128GB - OS X El Capitan
