Default overclocking ASUS P5NSLI

If anyone is familiar with this board : http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131032

can you please make me a step-by-step approach to overclocking this. It's very confusing and i'm not a smart person when it comes to overclocking. I just want to overclock the CPU (e6400). Also please tell me how far you recommend me going :]
