Okay I've heard much about Overclocking.

Is it safe? And how do you overclock?

Perhaps the "AMD64 Overclocking Guide" will help guide you to overclocking your AMD64

Well, it's just fun to do. With the chip that you own I think you can squeze out a lot more than 100MHz.

You can get 400 without breaking a sweat. Almost always.
