Default overclocking

im looking to overclock my system but i have never done this and i was wondering what should i over clock, ram, cpu, gpu.

my systems specs are
asus sabertooth p67
intel core i5 2500k
asus gtx 570
coolermaster v6gt cpu cooler

3 exhaust fan ( two at the top of case 1 at the rear)
i intake fan (front of pc)
thermaltake chaser mk1 pc case

i have also never overclocked anything and never really changed anything in the bios so im a complete newbie to all of this

I would avoid that guide on clunk.org.uk, I see a few bad recommendations listed.

You have a Asus P67 Sabertooth? Overclocking it is the same as the P8P67 so you should check out this guide written by Asus and posted at HardOCP.
