Overclocking

How could I overclock my system???? My BIOS doesn't support overclocking.

Is there any special software which will help me to do so???

welcome to tech forums.

im guessing that you have a prebuilt system, you might be able to flash the bios to get it unlocked if you know what kind of motherboard you have. then you can overclock, but if you do that you would void the warrenty on your system.

he could just reflash the default bios... they would never know

but he was asking about programs that could overclock within windows...

yes there are certain softwares

nTune (nvidia's program)
RivaTuner
EasyTune5

etc.

just google it

ASUS has its own such software, etc.

I'm aslo wondering if my Gateway has its bios locked... if it does what can I reflash it with ?? its an old p4 2.4 so I have no warrantee

I might check out one of those software programs till then...
